Camping Le Soline

Nestled in the peaceful surrounds of the Tuscan hills, Camping Le Soline is located in hilltop panoramic location, between vineyards of the Crete Senesi area, the woods of the Maremma and, to the south, the green valleys of the River Merse and River Ombrone. 
The natural healing thermal springs of Terme di Petriolo are about 3 miles away, Siena is less than a 20 min drive away and in little more than 1 hour you can reach Florence or the wonderful beaches of Southern Tuscany. Not to mention the vineyards of the Chianti Classico roads and Montalcino or the UNESCO protected landscapes of the Val d'Orcia and its thermal springs. 

We are open all year. 
The whole camping area, both the accommodation and the pitches, is covered by free wi-fi. 

The campsite spreads over a large area of olive groves and is arranged in terraces with access, lighting and water. 
180 pitches of various sizes shaded by olive trees and maritime pines are available for tents, campers and caravans, with 6 Amp electricity connection and some pitches are equipped with water discharge system. 
We supply fridges for rent and it is also possible to rent a private bathroom for exclusive use during your stay. 

A large outdoor area with BBQ is available for groups. 

Modern and comfortable toilet blocks, with disabled access, are easily accessible and feature all the facilities including hot showers, washing machines, tumble dryers, hairdryers, mothers area with changing tables and a baby bath, plus the outdoor wash-house for crockery and linen. 
On the back of the services there is an open space equipped with camper service and two drains for chemical toilets. 
In the cold season the toilet books are heated. 

For those who travel with no camping equipment, we have comfortable and modern accommodation units, ideal for families but also couples or groups of friends as they are available with one, two or three separate bedrooms. 
They consist of 7 chalets, 4 mobile homes and 3 bungalows - all with a well equipped kitchenette and dining area (the larger chalets also have a living area), separate bedrooms with bed linen, full bathroom with shower, and exclusive outdoor space (patio veranda or garden depending on the types). 
They can accommodate between 2 and 6 people each and are all equipped with heating, wi-fi and satellite TV. Some have air conditioning. 

The campsite features two beautiful and modern swimming pools, one for adults and the other for children, both looking out to the extraordinary scenery of the surrounding hills and Montalcino. 
The dimensions are impressive: the one for adults measures 25 m x14 m, the children pool covers an area of ??7 m x4 m. 
We also have large lovely covered whirlpool (for 12 adults) with panoramic views - ideal for relax the muscle after a walk or a bike ride. The swimming pools are open from May to September included, sometimes longer depending on the weather, and are surrounded by a solarium with parasols, tables and chairs (free), as well as a bar and restaurant with panoramic terrace, which also serves excellent pizzas. 

The campsite has a playground area shaded by the trees, ping-pong tables, a BBQ area, picnic areas, a beach volley court and a five-a-side football pitch. 
In the high season we organize free guided walking tours, disco evenings on weekends and sport tournaments (ping-pong, waterfall, soccer). 
The Bellaria Riding Center, 5 minutes from the campsite, organizes pony clubs for children, riding lessons and horse-riding excursions to discover the Valle del Merse, and a 15-minute drive is the beautiful resort de la Bagnaia, with a fabulous 18-hole golf course. 

Your pets are welcome. 

We have a small market on site with basic groceries (including fresh bread every morning), and all facilities including market, restaurants, ATM, bank, pharmacy, are available in the nearby village of Casciano di Murlo, less than 1 mile away.
