The highlight of this accommodation is the large private terrace. A shared outdoor area is also available, consisting of a swimming pool with free sunbeds, a paddling pool, and an outdoor shower.

Parking in the adjacent area is free and plentiful. Within 1.5 km you will find a large shopping area and well-stocked supermarkets, while directly outside the complex there are pubs, a mini-market, and a few restaurants. Caleta de Fuste, one of the island's most important settlements, is just a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute walk along the beautiful cliffside promenade.

The nearest beaches are Playa del Castillo (7min, 4km), Playa Blanca (10min, 8km) and Playa de las Caletillas (4min, 2km).
